We only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, and will not pass on any customer information to third parties.

In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 03 we do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

Guarantee & Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 14 days, unused and in their original condition.

WE do not store financial details. Payments made via the website are paid through a third party encrypted page where credit card details cannot be viewed or accessed by us. Where payments are made over the phone, card details shall be input directly into our virtual terminal through paypal and shall not be stored anywhere by us.
