Returns

if you need to return an item to West Coast Anodes, please follow these simple steps:
1. Please contact us by phone. This way we'll be able to determine whether you would like to return the product for a refund or whether you'd like to exchange the product.
2. We'll now be able to give you a returns number, this returns number will need to be attached onto the item you send back, and ideally somewhere clear on the address label as well.
3. Once we recieve the item we'll be able to proceed with a refund or an exchange.
